PINT PERFECTION 2023 – STAR PUBS & BARS AND GREENE KING PUB PARTNERS Ts&Cs
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
The personal data provided by entrants to the Promoter will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at www.heineken.co.uk/legal-hub/heineken-brands-privacy-policy)
From time to time, the Promoter may share entrants’ personal data with their agents/representatives to assist with administering the promotion, contacting entrants and prize fulfilment (as necessary).
• The Promoter: Heineken UK Limited, 3-4 Broadway Park, South Gyle Broadway, Edinburgh EH12 9JZ.
• Eligibility: This prize promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over and employed at the time of entry (and prize draw) by a participating Heineken customer outlet which is either a Star Pubs & Bars outlet or a Greene King Pub outlet.
• Promotional Period: The promotion opens on 01.11.2023 at 4pm and closes on 30.11.2023 at 4pm. Any entries received outside the promotional period will not be accepted.
4. Entry Instructions:
To enter promotion:
1. Scan the QR code on the Birra Moretti glassware box or follow the URL in the promotional comms to land on the Pint Perfection microsite. This can also be found at https://www.birramoretti.com/gb/en/pint-perfection
2. Answer the multiple-choice quiz questions.
3. Fill in your contact details (including email address) and confirm the outlet in which you are employed is part of either Star Pubs & Bars and Bars OR Greene King Pub Partners on the quiz page form.
4. Submit your answers to enter the promotion. Your standard network rates apply.
5. Only valid entries with all correct answers will be accepted, and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify and reject any entries. All entry information is subject to verification.
6. Only one entry per person during the promotional period. For the avoidance of doubt only one unique email address will be accepted per person. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.
7. Incomplete, illegible, invalid, misdirected, corrupted, incorrect or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
8. No third party or bulk entries. Entries via third parties, groups or syndicates, entries by data script or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data; using multiple email addresses; acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter; using identities other than their own; creating fake identities or using any other automated or manual means in order to increase entries or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these entrants and their household will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void.
9. In the event of suspicious activity, the Promoter reserves the right to request proof of employment at participating outlet, gather information or obtain further evidence to confirm the legitimacy of the entry / win.
10. Winner Selection: There are 6 prizes to be won for Star Pubs & Bars entrants and also 6 prizes to be won for Greene King entrants. Prizes are 1x weekend London trip for two and 5x blade units. There will be prize draws at the end of the promotional period on 07.12.2023. Winners will be the first 6 entrants drawn at random from each prize pool by an independent adjudicator. All prizes are allocated on a random basis.
11. Winner Notification: The winners will be notified via email by birramoretti@meshmarketing.co.uk within 14 days of the prize draw to the email address used to enter the promotion. It is the responsibility of winners to ensure that they respond to the winner notification, by replying or emailing the address provided at the point of notification.
12. All winners are required to reply to the email notifying them of their win to indicate their acceptance of the applicable prize within 7 days. Should the Promoter not receive email acknowledgement from any winner within 7 days after winner confirmation (for any reason), the Promoter reserves the right to void the prize and to select another winner by way of a random draw by an independent adjudicator at the end of the promotion. All unclaimed prizes will be included in this mop up draw and will be allocated on a random basis to the individual(s) selected at random from all valid remaining entries. Re-selected winners will then be emailed within 7 days and have 7 days to acknowledge receipt. This process will be repeated until a winner is found for each unclaimed prize.
13. Winners’ details (first names and county only) will be available for consultation until 01.02.24 by sending a Stamped Addressed Envelope to BIRRA MORETTI PINT PERFECTION 2023 WINNER, Mesh Marketing, 16 Laystall St, London, EC1R 4PF. By entering, the winner consents to such information being disclosed upon request, if you wish to object (or limit) your information being published please contact the Promotional agent at birramoretti@meshmarketing.co.uk. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
14. The Prizes:
1 x weekend London Trip (Star Pubs & Bars only)
• Trip must be taken in 2024, excluding bank holidays, Christmas and Easter.
• The trip will be for two adults aged 18+.
• Includes a one night stay at Baglioni Hotel, South Kensington on a twin room shared basis.
• A cookery class at Enrica Rocca
• A meal at Giovanni’s Italian Restaurant worth up to £250.
• Travel contribution of £350 per pair.
NO OTHER TRAVEL, SUBSISTENCE, GRATUITIES, COSTS OF A PERSONAL NATURE OR ACCOMMODATION IS INCLUDED. THESE COSTS MUST BE BORNE BY WINNER AND THEIR GUEST.
The travel arrangements, accommodation and activities are subject to availability at the time of booking the trip and travel dates will be agreed with and arranged by MIH Handling at the time of booking. Accommodation bookings cannot be changed once reserved. The winner must notify MIH Handling a minimum of eight weeks in advance of their preferred dates for taking the trip.

Prizes will be dispatched to winners within 28 days of the winner’s acknowledgment of the notification and confirmation of address for delivery. Prizes will be dispatched by registered post and a signature may be required. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for mistakes in delivery addresses and prizes returned undelivered shall be void. The promotor will not replace any lost, damaged or stolen prize items once they have been dispatched or are in the winners’ possession.
15. General:
16. The promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.
17. The Promoter cannot guarantee that any event will be free from disruptions, failings or cancellations. The Promoter is not liable for such disruptions, failings or cancellations unless they are caused by its negligence. Any requests for refunds or compensation arising from them should be sent to the operator of the event. The Promoter can provide you with their details on request.
18. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
19. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part. The prize is not transferable. Sale of the prize for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the winner and ask for proof of employment at participating outlet, identity, age and address and to withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.
22. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these terms and conditions or the spirit of the Promotion. Those who try and circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
23. Entry into the Promotion is at the entrant's sole risk. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) suffered by entrants or any third parties arising out of or in connection with the Promotion and/or accepting a prize. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to entrants or any other person relating to or resulting from participation with this Promotion save that nothing in these terms and conditions shall act to limit or exclude the Promoter's liability resulting from its negligence or fraud.
24. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to, lost, delayed or not received entries, winner notifications or prizes. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to: industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of the Promoter. The Supplier bears sole responsibility for supply of the prize and cannot be held responsible for any claims relating to the prizes.
26. The application and interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of England and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning them.
